Heather’s Junk Drawer is fueled by a genuine decluttering effort and the audience’s willingness to help. Get ready for a funny, interactive, and strangely soothing journey of discovery!

---------------------

Heather E. Schwartz has put many years into stockpiling the trash and treasures featured in her solo show, Junk Drawer. Her performance roots also go way back. She spent her youth rehearsing an Annie-inspired musical she wrote with her best friend and acting out Little House on the Prairie-inspired dramas into a tape recorder. Additionally, she devoted hours to whisper-singing in her bedroom and perfecting the Tramp’s defeated expression from a pivotal scene in Disney’s Lady and the Tramp.

Heather has performed Junk Drawer at Hudson Valley Improv's Secret Open Mic (Highland, NY), Boughton Place (Highland, NY), Happier Valley Comedy (Hadley, MA), and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (NYC).

Watch this space for upcoming Junk Drawer shows, plus other performances with The Mopco Improv Theatre (improv comedy), the Dave Kitchen Trio (jazz, rock, and American standards), Mabel & Geffrey's Music And Family Interest Affair (a comedic lounge act), and more!
